Job Description

Job Title: Product Operations Executive (Digital Platforms)

Location: New Delhi

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the operations and continuous improvement of a large-scale digital platform involving multiple government stakeholders. The role requires structured coordination with internal teams, concerned departments, and the technical team to ensure smooth execution of platform-related activities and timely resolution of issues.

The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring operational performance, analysing data and system reports, supporting review meetings, and preparing high-quality documentation and presentations for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with government departments, internal teams, and the technical team for platform and system-related activities, and day-to-day operational coordination.
  • Track platform-related issues and ensure their timely resolution by the technical team in line with agreed timelines and SLAs.
  • Monitor platform usage, performance indicators, and operational metrics, and flag issues or deviations to concerned stakeholders.
  • Analyze MIS and datasets using MS Excel and interpret Power BI reports to enable data-driven discussions and informed management decision-making.
  • Assist in preparation of presentations, briefing notes, records of discussion (RoDs), and official correspondence for senior officers and inter-departmental meetings.
  • Support testing and rollout of new features or process enhancements in coordination with internal teams and the technical team.
  • Maintain structured documentation related to workflows, processes, system changes, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Respond to stakeholder queries and provide functional assistance in accordance with defined policies and procedures.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience working within the government ecosystem and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel for MIS and data analysis; ability to review and interpret Power BI reports.
  • Understanding of APIs and system integrations is an added advantage.
  • Experience coordinating with technical teams for platform and system-related activities.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Postgraduate qualification in Management (MBA-Preferred)

Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, product operations, digital platforms, or e-governance initiatives.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working on government or large-scale enterprise digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with formal communication protocols and inter-departmental coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
