Krishify is an agri-focused enterprise SaaS platform — covering field force automation, farmer engagement, data intelligence and AI automation. Our platform includes a mobile apps, data CRM and AI applications. We are already working with 10+ largest agri enterprises in India and scaling fast.

Role Overview

Krishify's platform is expanding rapidly - new modules, new enterprise clients, and an AI layer in the works. We need someone who owns the quality and delivery operations of the platform end to end: testing releases, keeping the dev sprint on track, and making sure bugs never reach a client. This is a foundational ops role at a fast-moving product company.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end testing for every platform release — mobile app, web CRM, dashboards. Define test cases, execute them, sign off before any release goes to clients.

• Build and maintain regression test suites. Structured bug reports only — severity, steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual.

• Run daily dev standups, track blockers, and maintain ticket hygiene in the project management tool. Be the first verification layer before anything reaches the product head.

• Receive and route all bug reports — internal and client-reported. Maintain a live bug tracker. Trigger critical issue protocols immediately without waiting for a standup.

• Maintain platform documentation — module-level behaviour, known issues, workarounds — to support Technical Account Managers & Customer Success teams with accurate references.

What We Are Looking For

• 2–4 years in QA, product ops, or delivery coordination at a SaaS company

• Comfortable with structured bug reporting tools

• Basic API testing familiarity (Postman or similar) - not a developer but technically grounded

• Has built test plans from scratch, not just executed pre-written cases

• Experience testing both mobile apps and web dashboards is a strong plus

What This Is Not

This is not a role where someone hands you a checklist. You will build the QA and delivery process. If you need a QA manager above you to operate, this is not the right fit.

Compensation

₹5–9 LPA depending on experience. As Krishify's platform and AI layer scale, this role evolves into QA Lead
