About OnArrival
OnArrival is building the infrastructure layer for modern travel, spanning flights, hotels, insurance, visas, payments, refunds, APIs, supplier integrations, and travel operations.
This is not a traditional Product Ops role. You'll work directly with the Founder and CTO to drive execution across product, engineering, implementation, and customer operations.
What You'll Do
Execution & Project Tracking
- Track critical initiatives across teams.
- Maintain clear visibility on owners, timelines, blockers, risks, and customer commitments.
- Ensure important work doesn't get lost in meetings, Slack, or assumptions.
AI-Powered Prototyping
- Build quick prototypes, workflows, mockups, dashboards, and process flows using AI tools.
- Turn ideas into tangible artifacts that accelerate decision-making.
- Use tools like Figma, Cursor, v0, Replit, Bolt, ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, and Sheets.
Customer & Delivery Coordination
- Manage implementation updates, UAT tracking, release communication, and customer expectations.
- Translate technical progress into clear, actionable customer-facing updates.
Founder / CTO Support
- Prepare concise operating briefs covering:
- Progress made
- Blockers and risks
- Escalations required
- Customer commitments at risk
- Decisions pending
Meeting & Follow-up Discipline
- Capture decisions, owners, deadlines, and action items.
- Ensure follow-ups happen and accountability remains clear.
Product & Engineering Coordination
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Business teams.
- Understand APIs, releases, bugs, product flows, integrations, and technical discussions well enough to track execution effectively.

- Ability to understand technical concepts and product workflows
- Strong AI proficiency for research, summarization, planning, prototyping, and execution
- Ability to ask the right questions and drive clarity
