We are looking for a Product Operations Associate with an astrology background to support and manage day-to-day operations of our AstroLive app. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of astrology and experience in managing astrologer onboarding, content quality, and product operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily product operations for the AstroLive platform.
- Coordinate with astrologers and tarot readers on the platform.
- Handle astrologer onboarding, verification, and profile setup.
- Monitor live sessions, chat consultations, and call quality.
- Ensure accurate astrology content and predictions quality on the platform.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to improve user engagement.
- Track user feedback and help improve customer experience.
- Manage astrology-related content and services like Kundli reading, tarot, and consultations.
- Prepare basic reports on astrologer performance and platform activity.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in product operations, astrology platforms, or similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of Vedic astrology, tarot reading, or spiritual services.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong coordination and operational management skills.
- Comfortable working with mobile apps and dashboards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with astrology apps or spiritual platforms.
- Familiarity with Kundli, horoscope reading, or tarot consultation workflows.
