The Role
We're looking for a Product & Business Operations Associate to work closely with the founder and help bring structure, rhythm, and follow-through to the day-to-day running of the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making things happen — coordinating across people, tracking details, following up, and ensuring priorities move forward smoothly. You'll be involved across operations, coordination, and execution, and will play a key role in keeping the business organised and on track. This is a hands-on role, not a purely advisory one.
What You'll Do
- Translate decisions and priorities into clear next steps
- Gather requirements, document them in PRD/BRD/FRD formats as per task category
- Track tasks, timelines, and ownership across teams and partners
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and collaborators
- Follow up consistently to ensure closure and accountability
- Maintain simple trackers, documentation, and status updates
- Support day-to-day business operations and special initiatives
- Act as a dependable coordination point across functions

- A short, practical work sample is part of the hiring process
Candidate Eligibility
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and organisational discipline
- Comfortable working on-site in Noida
- Willingness to participate in a role-relevant work sample
