Product Merchandiser

With over two decades of expertise, the company specializes in a range of functional and stylish products, including bags, storage solutions, and plant grow bags. To date, over 100,000 waste plastic bottles have been repurposed as part of our mission for a cleaner, sustainable world.

This is a full-time on-site role in Sonipat for a Product Merchandiser. The Product Merchandiser will manage the development, procurement, and execution of product lines to align with the company's sustainable and eco-friendly vision. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, maintaining e-commerce platforms, managing product inventory, supporting sales strategies, and liaising with team members and artisans to ensure product quality and timelines are met.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, track product performance, and optimize merchandising strategies
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, artisans, and customers
• Expertise in Product Management to handle development, procurement, and quality control processes
• Experience in Sales and E-Commerce to advance online retail strategies and administer e-commerce platforms
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to sustainability aligned with the company's values
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role or an interest in sustainable home and lifestyle products is a plus
