Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)
- Create engaging content, including posts, captions, reels, stories, and basic creatives
- Develop, maintain, and execute a structured social media content calendar
- Plan content themes, campaigns, and posting schedules
- Coordinate with designers or create basic designs/videos when required
- Schedule, publish, and monitor posts across platforms
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages
- Track performance and analyze engagement to improve content strategy
- Manage and update the Shopify store (basic edits, product updates, banners, etc.)
- Create, manage, and modify coupon codes and promotional offers on Shopify
- Support marketing campaigns with website and social media updates
- Plan, run, and optimize paid social media ads and marketing campaigns across platforms to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify, approach, and manage collaborations with influencers, creators, and brand partners to support campaigns and brand growth.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform changes
