What You'll Do
Content & Copywriting (Primary Focus)
- Write persuasive, benefit-driven copy for product launches, website content, emails, social media, ads clearly conveying Vantage Circle's value proposition.
- Create sales-enablement materials: brochures, case studies, one-pagers, competitive battle cards tailored for HR decision-makers.
- Draft thought-leadership blog posts, articles, and press releases centered around employee engagement, recognition, and wellness trends.
Presentation & Collateral Creation
- Develop polished presentations (PowerPoint / Keynote / Google Slides) for internal stakeholders, sales teams, and clients.
- Simplify and articulate complex product features (such as recognition & rewards workflows, wellness/feedback tools) into compelling, benefit-oriented narratives.
Event Management & Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing product-centric events (webinars, podcasts, HR conferences), including content, marketing materials, and communications.
- Manage logistics, pre-event promotions, and post-event follow-ups to maximize reach and impact.
Product Marketing Support & Go-To-Market (GTM)
- Contribute to product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for new features and enhancements.
- Conduct market and competitive research to understand buyer personas, customer needs, and HR industry trends.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Content, and Customer Success teams to ensure a unified product story and launch readiness.
What We Expect from You
Must-Haves
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, or Communications (preferably SaaS / HR Tech / B2B).
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a portfolio demonstrating clarity, tone control, and ability to translate technical or functional product details into compelling benefits.
- Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
- Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
- MBA in Marketing
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
- Experience coordinating corporate or product-focused events.
- Understanding of SaaS, employee engagement, or HR-tech landscapes with the ability to link content to real organizational challenges.
