About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Brand Marketing Manager to drive the positioning, messaging, adoption, and growth of our SaaS products. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer success, ensuring that our products resonate with the right audiences and achieve strong market penetration.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing within SaaS, B2B, or D2C environments, with a proven track record of launching products, driving customer engagement, managing digital marketing initiatives, and building compelling go-to-market strategies. You should be comfortable translating complex product capabilities into customer-centric value propositions while leveraging digital channels, social media, content, and AI-powered marketing technologies to drive awareness and demand.

Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Own product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and competitive differentiation across target segments.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new product launches, feature releases, and product enhancements.
- Create customer-focused messaging frameworks that effectively communicate product benefits and business outcomes.
Demand Generation & Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, webinars, events, content marketing, and partner channels.
- Drive demand generation initiatives to support pipeline growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels.
- Manage product-focused digital campaigns, landing pages, lead nurturing workflows, and conversion optimization initiatives.
Social Media & Brand Visibility
- Own product-related social media strategy and content planning across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, and industry communities.
- Develop engaging product storytelling content including blogs, videos, customer success stories, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership assets.
- Build and manage online communities to strengthen customer engagement and product advocacy.
- Collaborate with influencers, industry experts, and partners to enhance product awareness and credibility.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments.
- Gather customer insights to influence product positioning, messaging, and roadmap discussions.
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, product collateral, battle cards, FAQs, demo scripts, and customer-facing assets.
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives through targeted marketing programs and customer lifecycle campaigns.
AI-Powered Marketing & Analytics
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, audience segmentation, campaign optimization, marketing automation, and customer insights.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies into marketing workflows to improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, product adoption metrics, lead generation KPIs, and customer engagement data.
- Generate actionable insights and recommend optimization strategies based on performance analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles within SaaS companies.
- Experience working with B2B and/or D2C SaaS products and understanding of subscription-based business models.
- Proven experience in product launches, go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, and demand generation.
- Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping.
- Hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid media, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Jasper, Canva AI, HubSpot AI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics, CRM, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, MarTech, AdTech, FinTech, HRTech, MediaTech, or Digital Product companies.
- MBA or certifications in Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or AI for Marketing.
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG), customer lifecycle marketing, and SaaS customer acquisition strategies.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Experience managing webinars, virtual events, partner marketing, and customer advocacy programs.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and performance marketing.
