Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership to create and deliver a marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Support regional GTM plans for all products, product launches, and campaigns.
- Set campaign goals, track performance, and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Expand brand visibility and awareness in the region through creative, cost-effective corporate advertising campaigns.
- Maximize exposure and ROI at industry and other events.
- Work with the CMO to achieve goals for the Marketing Waterfall and ROMI for regional marketing investments.
- Continuously review the marketing mix to ensure optimal execution (events vs online campaigns).
- Report monthly/bi-quarterly results and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive channel initiatives through enhanced Channel To and Channel Thru programs, demonstrating ROI of channel investments.
- Ensure compliance with internal marketing policies, contracts, and approval processes.
- Maintain visibility of regional marketing activities and outcomes via effective internal communication strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of the technology market or related industry and its dynamics.
- Experience in complex, strategic channel management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role.
