The Opportunity
We are looking for a versatile, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to be the connective tissue between our product, sales, and customer-facing teams. You will own how we position Ripik's Vision AI solutions, how we arm our sales teams to win, and how we tell compelling stories to plant heads, CXOs, and digital transformation leaders across the world's largest industrial enterprises. This is a foundational role at a fast-growing AI startup — you will shape how the world's heavy industries discover, evaluate, and adopt Ripik.
What You'll Do
Positioning & Messaging
- Develop sharp, differentiated positioning for Ripik's Vision AI platform and individual product modules across industries.
- Craft messaging frameworks tailored to distinct buyer personas — plant heads, COOs, CDOs, digital transformation leaders, and procurement teams.
- Translate complex technical capabilities (computer vision, AI agents, edge deployment) into compelling business outcomes and ROI narratives.
- Continuously test and refine messaging based on win/loss analysis, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
Sales Enablement & GTM
- Build and maintain the sales enablement toolkit — pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, ROI calculators, demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and case studies.
- Partner with sales leaders to design and execute GTM plans for new product launches, new geographies, and new industry verticals.
- Lead product launch motions end-to-end — internal enablement, external announcements, customer communications, PR, and post-launch tracking.
- Run regular enablement sessions and onboarding for new sales hires across India, US, and LATAM.
Industry & Vertical Marketing
- Develop deep expertise in Ripik's priority verticals — steel, cement, aluminum, oil & gas, and pharma — and build vertical-specific narratives and assets.
- Produce high-quality content: customer case studies, white papers, solution briefs, blog posts, webinars, and conference presentations.
- Represent Ripik at industry events (AISTech, IEEE-IAS Cement, World of Concrete, Indian Steel Association events, etc.) and own pre/post-event marketing motions.
- Build relationships with industry analysts, journalists, and influencers in the industrial AI and Industry 4.0 ecosystem.
Market & Customer Intelligence
- Conduct competitive research and maintain an up-to-date competitive landscape across global industrial AI vendors.
- Run customer interviews, win/loss reviews, and market research to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Partner with the product team to influence roadmap priorities based on market and customer signals.
What You Bring (Must-Have)
- 3–5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI/ML, industrial automation, or deep-tech companies.
- Proven ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for non-technical buyers.
- Strong portfolio of work — pitch decks, case studies, launch campaigns, sales collateral, or thought leadership content you can walk us through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to write crisp, persuasive copy and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable working across product, sales, design, and leadership teams.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable using data to measure marketing impact, segment audiences, and refine messaging.
- Self-starter who can operate with autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience marketing to heavy industry, manufacturing, or industrial buyers (steel, cement, mining, oil & gas, etc.).
