Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will spearhead initiatives to cultivate a vibrant community of brand advocates, enhance audience engagement, and amplify our certification program. Taking ownership of the product GTM strategy, this role will drive clear product positioning and messaging to differentiate our offerings in the market, ultimately leading to increased product adoption, upsell opportunities, and a thriving community.
Key Responsibilities:
Product GTM:
Develop compelling product positioning and messaging to set our products apart in the market.
Craft and execute GTM strategies to market, upsell, and drive product adoption.
Create impactful content, marketing materials, and ad copies, measuring the effectiveness of each initiative.
Enhance NPS by gathering customer insights through surveys, interviews, and analytics tools.
Conduct regular competitor analyses to inform differentiation strategies.
Lead Certification Program:
Scaleour Product Certification program by engaging the community, attracting new participants, and expanding program tracks.
Audience Engagement:
Scalewebinar properties by collaborating with internal stakeholders to curate relevant topics and source expert speakers.
Manage the website to increase audience engagement, leveraging digital tools and optimizing the sales funnel for enhanced conversion.
Business Team Enablement:
Empower business teams with effective decks, materials, and resources to enhance engagement and conversion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
Minimum5years of marketing experience with a proven track record in audience growth and community management.
