Job Description

Own the end-to-end revenue arc- positioning, activation, expansion, across our entire product suite. This isn't a PMM role in the narrow sense. It's a marketing leadership seat where the unit of work is revenue, not campaigns. You'll sit at the intersection of product, growth, demand gen, and content, and you'll be measured on what moves the number, not what fills the calendar.

The Candidate Will Have Responsibilities Across The Following Functions

Revenue Ownership (40%):

  • Own the marketing revenue number. Not contribute to its own.
  • Drive the full arc: signups, activation, expansion, retention.
  • Build the connective tissue between marketing inputs and business outputs that most marketing teams never quite figure out.
  • Defend the number in monthly reviews. With receipts.

Positioning, Narrative and Activation (30%):

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and storytelling across our entire product suite: Test Manager, KaneAI, Agent-to-Agent, Real Device, Accessibility, Performance.
  • Drive activation from first signup to first value moment to habitual use.
  • Translate agentic capabilities into mental models that buyers don't yet have.
  • Own the website, product surfaces, and onboarding journeys end-to-end.
  • Fix what's broken before being asked.

GTM and Growth Engine (20%):

  • Lead end-to-end GTM for product launches, feature releases, and category plays.
  • Run experiments across PLG, content, ABM, paid, and community and double down on what compounds.
  • Partner with Demand Gen, ABM, Field, and Sales as one operating system, not four functions handing off.

AI-Native Way of Working (10%):

  • Run AI inside your own workflow, not just on the roadmap deck.
  • Build, prompt, automate, and ship faster than the team you join is used to.
  • Bring TestMu AI's product into your messaging because you actually use it, not because the brief said so.

Requirements

  • Revenue receipts- A campaign, launch, or motion you owned where you can defend the revenue or activation number you moved. Not contributed to. Owned.
  • Content portfolio: Written or spoken, LinkedIn, talks, podcasts, video, long-form. We want to see how you think before we meet you.
  • Product depth in B2B SaaS You've worked inside a 5-20M+ ARR B2B SaaS product company (not services, not agency). You can hold a product-depth conversation with engineers, not just translate from a brief.
  • AI fluency: You're using AI in your own work today, not as an experiment, as your default. We'll ask what's in your stack and how you built it.
  • Builder energy. You've been the marketing leader (or a strong second) at a smaller, faster-growing company. You're stepping up to a bigger swing, not stepping sideways for a logo.
