Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Build and ongoing optimize web content informed by web data.
• Create, adjust and maintain a library of up-to-date product images.
• Support creation of short product videos to showcase product capabilities and features.
• Build and maintain a library of direct and channel sales materials, including decks, one pagers and more.
• Co-create demos in partnership with product management and solution engineering.
• Assist in the development of messaging and value propositions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years product marketing experience with software products in enterprise software companies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent presentation creation skills (Google Slides and Powerpoint).
• Cross-group collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of the overall technology landscape.
• MBA from leading institution required, engineering undergrad preferred.
• Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on attitude.
• A passion for reading and writing.
• Willing to work 5 days per week from Kore.ai Hyderabad office.
• Knowledge of how to develop content whilst following strict brand guides.
• Knowledge of simple prompt engineering to guide LLMs to write high-quality, on-brand, content for differing audiences.

Wow factor:

• Comfortable with Figma, can create and edit
• Knowledge of Adobe suite, in particular video (Premier Pro, After Effects)
• Knowledge of AI tools within Apps for work, how to build bots that stick to brand values
• Ability to use standard Marketing tools like Canva, Hubspot, Seismic, Etc.
