As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the voice of Keka's future. You'll own the narrative, craft compelling messages, and drive demand for our platform.

What you'll do:

  • Become the market expert: Conduct in-depth research to understand our target audience, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Build buzz: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that educate prospects and generate leads.
  • Sharpen our story: Ensure consistent product positioning, messaging, and value proposition across all channels.
  • Go-to-market mastermind: Craft and execute winning go-to-market strategies for our SaaS product.
  • Content creator extraordinaire: Generate marketing collateral like datasheets, whitepapers, and case studies that showcase Keka's power.
  • Sales bestie: Partner closely with the sales team to equip them with tools and resources for success.
  • Product whisperer: Train the sales team and other stakeholders on Keka's features and benefits.
  • Pricing guru: Develop and analyze pricing strategies to maximize value for Keka and our customers.
  • Data detective: Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and the overall product.

Who you are:

  • A passionate product or marketing pro, ideally with SaaS experience.
  • A wordsmith with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A data whiz with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments across sales, product, and engineering.
  • A metrics master who understands conversion rates, CAC, CLTV, and more.
  • A tech-savvy soul familiar with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce a plus!).

Key Metrics:

MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue): Predictable monthly revenue generated.

CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost): Cost to acquire a new customer.

CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value): Revenue generated by a customer over their lifetime.

User Churn Rate: Percentage of customers discontinuing product usage over time.

User Onboarding Rate: Percentage of new users successfully adopting the product.

Customer Retention Rate: Percentage of existing customers continuing to pay for the SaaS product.

Trial-to-Paid Conversions: Number of free trial users converting at the end of their trial.
