Position: Product Marketing Manager – Inbound Growth

Location: Bangalore / Remote (India)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager – Inbound Growth to build and own the end-to-end inbound funnel for North America from scratch.

This is a builder role, focused on driving qualified pipeline through inbound channels, not just messaging or branding.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Funnel Ownership

Build and own the full inbound funnel for North America.

Define and optimize funnel stages: Visitor → Lead → MQL → SQL → Pipeline.

Improve conversion rates across all funnel stages.

Demand Generation

Drive inbound pipeline through SEO, content, LinkedIn, webinars, and email nurturing.

Build repeatable inbound programs generating qualified enterprise leads.

Ensure demand gen efforts are tied to pipeline outcomes.

Content & Messaging

Create high-intent content: landing pages, solution pages, case studies, and comparison content.

Translate product capabilities into clear North American buyer-focused messaging.

Funnel Optimization & Analytics

Track and improve:

  • Traffic → Lead conversion
  • Lead → MQL conversion
  • MQL → SQL conversion
  • Pipeline contribution

Run A/B tests across messaging, pages, and campaigns.

Identify and fix funnel drop-offs.

Sales & SDR Alignment

Define MQL/SQL criteria with Sales teams.

Improve lead quality and pipeline acceptance rate.

Support inbound lead conversion with sales enablement assets.

MarTech & Automation

Work with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, GA4, and LinkedIn Ads, Social Media etc.

Build lead scoring and nurturing workflows.

Use AI tools to scale content and campaign execution.

Required Skills

3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing / Product Marketing / Growth Marketing.

Proven experience building or scaling inbound funnels.

Strong understanding of SaaS funnel metrics and conversion optimization.

Experience targeting North American enterprise buyers.

Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation tools.

Strong writing and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a zero-to-one, builder environment.
