About the Company

A fast-growing, US-headquartered product company is scaling its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its first product marketer. You will sit at the centre of product, sales, and marketing, shaping how a real product reaches the market. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for the product. You will translate features into value customers understand and arm sales with what they need to win.

Key Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging

• Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
• Build the narrative across the website, decks, and collateral
• Run competitive research and sharpen differentiation

Go-to-Market & Enablement

• Plan and run product launches across teams and channels
• Equip sales with decks, battlecards, and case studies
• Use customer and usage insight to guide messaging and roadmap input

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years in product marketing or a closely related role
• A record of shipping launches and clear, customer-ready messaging
• Comfort translating technical features into customer value
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing a B2B or SaaS product
• Exposure to sales enablement and competitive intelligence
• Comfort with a partial US time-zone overlap
