Ema is defining the era of Agentic Business Transformation (ABT). We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead who doesn't just manage launches but architects how the world experiences our AI Employees. You will treat Ema.ai as our most important product, turning it into an interactive showroom that moves Fortune 500 CXOs from curiosity to conviction. To drive Ema's growth by serving as the primary conduit between Product and GTM, treating the Ema website as the central Product Showroom and orchestrating high-impact, asset-rich launches that drive the aggressive revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- The Core Quad Orchestrator: Lead a high-stakes partnership between Web Engineering, Design, Product, and Sales to ship a Monthly Drop of new agentic capabilities.
- Product-as-Showroom: Own the roadmap for the Ema website experience. You'll work with dev teams to build interactive reasoning visualizations and product tours.
- Market-to-Product Conduit: Be the primary voice of the market for our PMs. Synthesize competitive shifts and feedback from our AI Strategists into actionable roadmap influence.
- Technical Enablement: Partner with AI Strategists to build the Sales Pitch of the Future. You'll turn complex agentic workflows into cinematic narratives that help sales close $1M+ deals.
- Vibe Coding & Prototyping: Leverage AI-first development tools to prototype the future of our web presence and product demos.
Who You Are
- 10+ Years in PMM/GTM strategy/Product + Consulting: You've scaled a SaaS/AI/B2C company from 10 to 100; Have polished communication skills from time at top tier consulting companies
- Product-Obsessed: You can go deep into product and agentic AI. You speak Engineer better than most marketers.
- Visual Storyteller: You have an elite bar for design and cinematic video quality.
- Program Manager: You thrive in high-velocity, high-dependency environments.
- AI-Literate: You are already using tools like Lovable, Cursor, v0, or Claude to build and prototype.
- Exceptional Writer: You can turn technical jargon into clear, compelling business value.
- Web-Savvy: You are comfortable working inside CMS tools and talking to developers to get content live.
