About The Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own the storytelling, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our products. You'll partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to craft compelling narratives, launch impactful campaigns, and drive market adoption. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution.
What You'll Do
Market Intelligence & Insights
Conduct competitive and customer research to uncover trends, needs, and opportunities.
Translate market insights into actionable product positioning strategies.
Positioning & Messaging
Define clear, differentiated product positioning that resonates with target audiences.
Craft compelling narratives that communicate value and competitive advantage.
Go-to-Market Execution
Lead GTM strategies for product launches, including pricing, campaigns, and enablement.
Coordinate launch timelines and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Sales & Customer Enablement
Equip sales teams with playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling tools.
Partner with customer success to gather feedback and inform product roadmaps.
Content & Campaign Development
Create or guide the creation of high-impact assets: case studies, landing pages, webinars, blogs, and videos.
Collaborate with demand generation teams to execute multi-channel campaigns.
Performance Tracking
Measure campaign performance, adoption rates, and customer engagement.
Use data to iterate and improve GTM strategies.
What You'll Bring
24 years in product marketing, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech.
Proven experience building and executing GTM strategies.
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce).
Excellent project management skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
