With ambitious goals for scaling, innovation, and user engagement, we're looking for a driven and versatile Product & Growth Intern to join our dynamic team.
This is a high-ownership, founder-style role; you will shape the product from the ground up.

Working: Monday to Saturday
What You'll Do
This is a dynamic role that will require you to wear multiple hats and work across various domains, including product development, marketing, research, and design. Key responsibilities include:
Product Discovery & User Research
- Conduct deep user research with Tier 2/3/4 learners (interviews, surveys, usability tests).
- Identify real user pain points, behaviors, and motivations.
- Analyze competitor approaches and global learning models.
- Convert insights into product requirements, hypotheses, and new feature ideas.
Product Development & Execution
- Write user stories, feature specs, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering & design to build quickly and iterate fast.
- Support in creating wireframes and prototypes (Figma familiarity preferred).
- Own sprint planning, QA cycles, and post-release performance analysis.
Analytics, Metrics & Funnel Optimization
- Track product usage via analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or GA.
- Use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps, session replays, and friction mapping.
- Identify drop-offs, friction points, and user behavior patterns.
- Own dashboards, cohort tracking, and metric-driven decision-making.
MarTech, Engagement & Lifecycle Automation
- Use lifecycle marketing tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, or WebEngage (must-have).
- Build automated journeys, push notifications, in-app messaging, and retention flows.
- Experiment with segmentation, nudges, and habit loops.
- Improve onboarding, activation, and long-term retention.
Gamification & Product-Led Growth
- Contribute to streaks, missions, rewards, and daily motivation loops.
- Optimize practice modules and engagement-driven learning workflows.
- Collaborate with content & community teams to enhance daily active usage.
Documentation, Roadmaps & Strategic Ops
- Maintain product documentation, sprint boards, and feature trackers.
- Prepare product briefs, pitch decks, and quarterly product plans.
- Support the founder with investor, grant, or accelerator documentation.
Brand, Content & Community
- Contribute to LinkedIn posts, product stories, and brand updates.
- Collaborate with the community team to gather qualitative insights.
- Track content performance and optimize communication flows.
Must-Have Experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with CleverTap / MoEngage / WebEngage (Automation flows, journeys, segmentation, push campaigns, retention loops)
- Practical experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity
Core Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience in product, growth, UX, or MarTech roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with agile workflows and rapid iteration.
- Working knowledge of Figma or design fundamentals.
- Experience with tools like Notion, Trello, or Jira.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- High bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to think in funnels, cohorts, and user journeys.
Bonus
- Experience in EdTech or consumer apps for Tier 2/3/4 audiences.
- Understanding of metrics like DAU, retention, activation, funnels, LTV.
