Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist with 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI/Tech marketing. This role blends storytelling, market strategy, and go-to-market execution to position XenonStack's Agentic AI platforms as category-defining products.

You'll work closely with product, sales, and demand generation teams to create compelling narratives, launch new products, and drive adoption among global enterprises.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Product Positioning & Messaging
  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging for Agentic AI products.
  • Translate complex technical features into customer-centric value propositions.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy (GTM)
  • Own GTM planning and execution for new product launches.
  • Partner with sales and demand gen teams to align campaigns with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
  • Content & Enablement
  • Create sales enablement assets (pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, solution briefs).
  • Develop content like case studies, whitepapers, blogs, videos, and product demos.
  • Competitive & Market Intelligence
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide positioning.
  • Build competitive intel for sales and update regularly.
  • Demand & Growth Support
  • Collaborate with demand gen to run account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Measure product marketing effectiveness with KPIs like adoption, pipeline influence, and win rates.
  • Customer-Centric Storytelling
  • Showcase customer success stories that demonstrate ROI and impact.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights into product roadmap.

  • Increased pipeline contribution from product-led campaigns.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 3–6 years of B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech marketing experience.
  • Proven success in product positioning, GTM, and sales enablement.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of AI, Cloud, and Data ecosystems; Agentic AI familiarity is a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and optimize marketing effectiveness.
