Responsibilities

  • Develop high-converting website content that effectively communicates our value proposition to potential SaaS customers.
  • Regularly update website pages, landing pages, and blog content to improve engagement and SEO rankings.
  • Create compelling case studies, whitepapers, and success stories that highlight TransportSimple's impact.
  • Craft email marketing sequences for lead nurturing, onboarding, and customer retention.
  • Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers in the transport and logistics sector.
  • Design and implement WhatsApp campaigns to engage prospects and improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create content that supports lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Plan and create engaging LinkedIn posts to drive thought leadership and brand awareness.
  • Develop and edit video content for product walkthroughs, testimonials, and social media marketing.
  • Manage social media interactions, ensuring consistent engagement with potential customers.
  • Research and write compelling copy tailored for SaaS audiences.
  • Ensure website content remains up to date with product developments, feature releases, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to optimize website user experience and lead capture mechanisms.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new content and outreach opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS marketing, content creation, or B2B marketing.
  • Strong experience in content writing, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and updating websites with SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in video editing (basic to intermediate) using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS buyer journeys and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
