ITILITE is a leading global brand in the Business Travel, Expense & Cards Management space.

Our mission is to help companies simplify their travel and expense processes, making it an enjoyable experience for employees. We operate on a B2B SaaS model, with a strong presence in the US and India, serving over 500 customers.

We are a Series C funded company, having raised over $45 million from Global Tier 1 VCs like Tiger Global,Z47, Greenoaks and Dharana Capital.

The Role

We are looking for someone who is curious, organised, and wants to learn go-to-market from the ground up. You will be working across product, sales, and marketing, helping us track competition, understand who is visiting our site, and sharpen our positioning.

You will work closely with senior folks in marketing, product, and sales from day one. The expectation is not that you know everything. It is that you pick things up fast, take ownership of your work, and communicate clearly when something is blocked or unclear.

What You Will Do

Competitive intelligence

  • Monitor what competitors are launching, changing, or saying — across their product pages, G2 profiles, LinkedIn, and press
  • Summarise findings into tables and briefs that product and sales can act on, not just read
  • Flag things before they become surprises in sales calls

Website visitor ops

  • Identify companies visiting our pricing and product pages using tools like Factors.ai and Apollo
  • Enrich that data with job title, company size, and intent signals, then hand it off to sales in a format they can use
  • Keep the process clean and consistent — not a one-time export but an ongoing loop

Positioning and messaging

  • Help translate product updates into buyer-facing messaging across the website, decks, and review platforms
  • Assist in maintaining positioning documents and messaging frameworks as the product evolves
  • Work with sales and CS to understand what's landing in conversations and what isn't

Review platform management

  • Own our G2 and Capterra profiles — content, categories, and review acquisition
  • Coordinate with customer success to get reviews from the right customers at the right time
  • Track where we rank versus competitors and what's moving the needle

Sales enablement

  • Build materials sales reps actually use — objection handles, battle cards, one-pagers
  • Support product launches by making sure sales and CS teams know what changed and how to talk about it
  • Keep the asset library current so reps aren't using something from six months ago

What We Need From You

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, research, or a related field in B2B or tech
  • Strong writing skills — clear, concise, and written for the reader, not for yourself
  • Comfortable with data and spreadsheets. You have a system for organising information, not just good intentions
  • Able to manage multiple things at once and flag early when something's going off track
  • Understand the difference between product marketing and product management — we'll ask about this in the first call

Good to have

  • Worked with tools like Apollo, Factors.ai, Clearbit, or similar
  • Spent time on G2 or Capterra, even just as a researcher or reviewer
  • Done competitive or market research in any context — academic, freelance, or previous role
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments where you sometimes have to create clarity rather than wait for it

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience: 1–3 years
