Overview:

The product marketing leader will spearhead strategic marketing initiatives for the renewable Business Unit, with a focus on D2C channels and digital lead generation. The role aims to boost brand visibility and customer engagement across all PV Solar segments in India using digital marketing and targeted campaigns.

This position will market products like Grid Tied Inverters, Hybrid Inverters, Solar PV Modules, and Smart Li-ion Batteries by collaborating with sales, Marcom, and D2C teams to execute integrated digital campaigns, enhance online presence and drive end to product marketing, D2C and digital lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse market trends, monitor product sales, track competitor offerings, and build a robust brand strategy across product portfolio to meet evolving market needs
  • Collaborate with Central Marcom SMEs and D2C teams to leverage & initiate and boost end to end e-commerce business and digital engagement
  • Incubate the digital lead generation platform and strategize the transition of business generation from a traditional model to a digitally empowered system that consistently delivers opportunities to dealers
  • Lead the Havells Solar brand presence at customer events, technical seminars, and major industry summits to enhance visibility and industry influence
  • Plan and execute product launch events such as technical seminars, conclaves, and exhibitions to introduce new solutions to the market
  • Lead the agency ecosystem for creative assets, including new product catalogues, emailers, product presentations, and demo kits, ensuring strong governance and ROI focus
  • Drive end-to-end digital lead generation efforts and monitor conversion metrics to enhance return on investment.
