We are seeking a full-time Product Manager (PMT) for our Gynaecology Segment, based in Mumbai. The role involves developing marketing strategies, conducting market analyses, planning product positioning, and executing promotional campaigns. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals, provide training to the sales team, and analyze the performance of existing products to identify growth opportunities.

• Strong skills in product management, including market research, product strategy, and product lifecycle management
• Experience in developing marketing plans, promotional materials, and campaigns
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess product performance and identify opportunities
• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, especially in the Gynaecology Segment, is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
