Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :

• Build and own the long-term vision, product roadmaps, and GTM strategies, backed by competitive analysis and domain research to deliver business impact and customer delight.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Business, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless product alignment.

• Influence stakeholders across the organization to lead change management and drive on-ground adoption of new products and technologies.

• Own end-to-end product metrics across the entire Warehouse and Logistics value chain.

Are you who we're searching for

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead key problem statements within our Supply Chain Mother Hub Product team. As a product manager, you will be responsible for identifying critical friction points, designing robust solutions, and driving on-ground execution to achieve tangible business outcomes. Beyond immediate execution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term vision, product roadmaps, and strategies for our Supply Chain organization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive change management and deliver high-impact results that ensure customer delight.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management.

• Preference for candidates with a background in startups or the supply chain and e-commerce space.

• Domain knowledge of Warehouse (WMS), Inventory, Order (OMS), and Transport Management Systems (TMS) is highly preferred.

• A proactive, hands-on professional with strong collaborative and communication skills. - Ability to drive milestone-based execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations
