Job Summary:
We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in B2B SaaS products to drive product strategy, execution, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise customer needs, and experience translating market insights into actionable product features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and pain points.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on business impact and customer value.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs, usage metrics, and customer feedback; iterate to improve outcomes.
- Drive product launches, including planning, marketing enablement, training, and adoption tracking.
- Advocate for the customer and ensure the product meets market and usability standards.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, KPIs, and enterprise workflows.
- Experience writing product requirements, creating roadmaps, and prioritizing features.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) for product insights.
- Exposure to product-led growth, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Familiarity with design thinking, UX best practices, and customer-centric development.
