We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to drive product initiatives from ideation to execution. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to define product requirements, prioritise features, and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving real business problems, works well in cross-functional environments, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Define product requirements and translate business needs into detailed PRDs and user stories.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Prioritise product backlog based on business impact, customer feedback, and strategic goals.
- Conduct user research and gather insights from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to understand market needs and pain points.
- Track product performance using relevant metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
- Manage sprint planning, grooming sessions, and release cycles.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure smooth rollouts.
- Continuously identify areas of improvement and optimisation within the product.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and web-based applications.
- Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
