Role Overview:

You'll own the product surface where AI meets the messy reality of hiring across borders — sourcing, screening, structured assessments, EOR onboarding, and the agent workflows that string them together. This is not a roadmap-grooming role. You'll be in the trenches with engineering, design, GTM, and ops, shipping weekly, talking to customers daily, and making the calls on what we build, what we don't, and what we kill.

What you'll do:

• Own a full product area end-to-end — from problem framing and customer discovery through specs, launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Define and ship the AI-native experience for recruitment and assessment: agentic sourcing, candidate evaluation, interview workflows, and the loops that make the system get smarter over time.
• Partner with engineering on agent design — tool use, evals, guardrails, and where humans stay in the loop vs. where they get out of the way.
• Work directly with customers (founders, HR heads, talent leaders at fast-growing startups) to pressure-test what we're building.
• Bring rigor to prioritization — what moves the needle, what's a distraction, and ruthless follow-through to make sure the team ships.
• Collaborate across GTM, ops, and compliance to make sure what we build actually lands and scales.

What we're looking for:

• 4–8 years total experience, with 2–3+ years as a PM at a fast-paced, growth-stage startup (not just a large company rotation).
• A track record of shipping — concrete products you owned, the problems they solved, and the numbers they moved.
• Prior work in HR tech, recruitment tech, assessment, or workforce/payroll platforms is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI-native workflows — not just using ChatGPT, but reasoning about evals, prompts, tool use, and where agents fail.
• Strategic and intentional: you can zoom out to the 12-month bet and zoom in to the JIRA ticket without losing the thread.
• A task master: you don't let things slip. Deadlines, follow-ups, decisions, dependencies — you own them.
• Collaborative by default — you bring engineers, designers, and GTM along, not drag them.
• Strong written communication. You can turn ambiguity into a one-pager the team can build from.

Nice to have:

• Experience with EOR, global payroll, or compliance products.
• Technical background or comfort reading code.
• Worked on 0→1 products, not just incremental features.
