Role Overview
TheProduct Managerwill play a key role in shaping and scaling VIWELL's B2C digital experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong background incustomer-facing products, preferably withinwellness, health tech, or lifestyle platforms, and thrives instartup or high-growth environments.
This role requires a blend of strategic product thinking and hands-on execution. The Product Manager will be responsible for translating VIWELL's vision and business goals into high-impact product experiences that drivegrowth, conversion, retention, and customer satisfactionacross our digital ecosystem.
Working closely with cross-functional teams acrossBusiness Technology, Product Strategy, Marketing, and Customer Experience, the Product Manager will deliver innovative capabilities that enhance the overall user journey and accelerate VIWELL's mission to reach millions of users across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery
Lead end-to-end development of B2C product features, from concept to launch, with a focus on high-quality, customer-centric experiences.
Translate business objectives and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of product updates, enhancements, and iterations.
Roadmap & Strategy
Define and maintain product roadmaps that align with VIWELL's growth priorities and market expansion plans.
Identify and prioritize features based on customer insights, business value, and technical feasibility.
Influence long-term product vision by staying current with trends in wellness, health tech, gamification, and digital engagement.
Customer Insights & Analytics
Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and customer feedback to optimize onboarding, conversion, retention, and engagement.
Partner with Marketing and Customer Experience teams to test hypotheses, run experiments, and validate product assumptions.
Implement data-driven product improvements that directly impact revenue and usage KPIs.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless product execution.
Ensure alignment across commercial, marketing, and operational teams regarding product launches and feature rollouts.
Act as the product advocate internally, ensuring clarity of priorities, timelines, and user value.
Innovation & Market Awareness
Continuously monitor wellness and health tech innovations, digital lifestyle trends, and competitor landscape.
Evaluate new technologies and features that can elevate VIWELL's value proposition and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's ormaster's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
56 years of experiencein product management or product engineering roles, ideally withinwellness, health tech, lifestyle apps, or SaaS.
Proven experience building and optimizingB2C digital products, with a strong focus on growth metrics and conversion optimization.
Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
Demonstrated experience working instartup or fast-paced environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Customer-obsessed mindset and passion for creating high-impact digital experiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines and adapt quickly to change.
