MC-Bauchemie India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Product Manager Waterproofing to drive growth, positioning, and technical leadership for our waterproofing portfolio in the Indian construction chemicals market, based at Noida location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete product lifecycle for waterproofing systems (membranes, liquid-applied systems, coatings, sealants and related accessories) from strategy and roadmap to launch and performance tracking.
• Conduct market research, analyze competition, define pricing and positioning, and support sales with technical presentations, specifications, and project conversions.
• Collaborate with R&D, QC, and Operations for new product development, quality improvements, approvals, and to resolve complex site/application issues for key projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil); higher qualifications in Civil Engineering are an added advantage.
• 812 years of experience in construction chemicals/building materials with strong exposure to waterproofing systems and project specifications.
• Strong technical understanding of waterproofing solutions, excellent communication and training skills, and willingness to travel across India to support key customers and sales teams.
