Product Manager Voice AI Platform

About US

We are building an intelligent voice AI platform that handles real-time phone conversations both

inbound and outbound using cutting-edge LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI) with sub-second response times.

Our system autonomously queries databases, retrieves documents, and takes actions during live calls,

replacing traditional IVRs and scripted bots with natural, context-aware conversations.

We're a small, fast-moving team looking for a Product Manager who can own the product vision and

translate customer needs into a roadmap that balances speed, quality, and enterprise readiness.

What You'll Own

Voice Experience

  • Define and refine inbound and outbound call flows how the AI greets, responds, handles silence,

interruptions, off-topic queries, and graceful call endings

  • Own the voice UX: tone, pacing, escalation logic, and when the AI should hand off to a human
  • Design scenario templates for different use cases (collections, delivery reminders, payment

confirmations, customer support)

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Prioritize features across: multi-model voice support, CRM integrations, analytics, multi-tenant

architecture, and new AI agent capabilities

  • Define the CRM integration strategy which platforms first (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), what data

flows matter, and how call outcomes map to CRM workflows

  • Own the multi-model strategy: when to use which LLM provider based on cost, quality, and latency

Tradeoffs

Metrics & Analytics

  • Define the KPIs that matter: call resolution rate, average handle time, fallback/escalation rate,

voice-to-voice latency, cost per call

  • Design the analytics dashboard what do customers need to see What do we need internally
  • Drive data-informed decisions on prompt tuning, model selection, and timeout configurations

Customer & Market


  • Talk to customers, understand their call center pain points, and translate that into product

Requirements


  • Build demo flows and sales enablement materials
  • Define pricing strategy (per-minute, per-call, usage-based tiers)

Cross-Functional


  • Work directly with engineers on feasibility, tradeoffs, and sprint planning
  • Write clear PRDs with acceptance criteria that engineers can execute against
  • QA voice flows yourself call the system, test edge cases, iterate on prompts

What We're Looking For


Must Have

  • 3+ years as a Product Manager shipping B2B SaaS products
  • Conversational AI or telephony experience you've worked on voice bots, IVRs, contact center

software, or conversational AI platforms

  • Technical depth you can read an architecture diagram, understand API contracts, and have

informed opinions on latency vs quality tradeoffs

  • Customer empathy you've done customer interviews, synthesized feedback, and made hard

prioritization calls

  • Strong written communication clear PRDs, concise Slack messages, structured roadmap docs

Nice to Have


  • Experience with LLMs / prompt engineering (you've tuned prompts and evaluated model outputs)
  • Background in contact center metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, DSAT)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) from a product integration perspective
  • Experience with usage-based pricing models
  • Startup experience comfortable with ambiguity, wearing multiple hats

Bonus Points


  • You've worked at or with: Twilio, Dialpad, Five9, Genesys, Bland AI, Vapi, Retell, Voiceflow, or

similar

  • You've shipped a real-time audio/video product
  • You can write basic Python or SQL to explore data yourself
