Role & Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and interpret key website metrics to inform strategic decisions
- UI/UX Optimization: Collaborate with design teams to suggest and implement user-centric improvements
- A/B Testing: Design and oversee experiments to validate feature enhancements and user flows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure cohesive product development.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- B. Tech (preferably Computer Science/IT). MBA is preferred
- 57 years in product management preferably with E-Commerce or Retail sector
- Candidates returning to work after career break will be preferred
