Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the product development process, from inception to launch. Day-to-day tasks include defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing detailed product plans, and ensuring successful product delivery. The role involves market research, competitive analysis, and ensuring that the product aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Salary - Up to 20 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for digital and service-based automotive offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver high-impact features.
• Analyse user behavior, market trends, and competitor data to enhance product-market fit.
• Conduct testing and iteration based on real-time customer feedback and data insights.
• Ensure seamless execution of product launches and post-launch optimizations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product management or related role (preferably in tech or automotive).
• Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Figma, or Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
• Post-Graduate in the relevant field will be a plus.
