JD - Product Manager / Senior Product Manager (SPM)
Key Responsibilities
- Own one to end product discovery and experimentation to build scalable Products for students in the K-12 Segment, with special focus on young learners.
- Champion strong user empathy to ensure that every product decision prioritizes customer value to create a 5 Star Student experience
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define product roadmaps and deliverables
- Analyze behavioral and product data using tools like SQL, MoEngage, etc., to inform decisions and measure success
- Leverage AI/ML and LLM capabilities into real-world, user-first product experiences
- Own and manage 01 product buildsfrom ideation to launch
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in product discovery, hypothesis-driven development, and iterative testing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the product roles as Product Associate , APM or PM
- Hands-on comfort with SQL, MoEngage, and other product analytics tools
- Prior experience building 01 products from scratch
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and Large Language Model (LLM) systems (preferred)
- Past experience of builidng products in a K-5 Segment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
- High user empathy and a passion for solving real-world problems through technology
