Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to join Ve AI in a critical, high-impact role. This is not a narrow coordination role. We need someone who can deeply understand the product, engage with users and clients, identify pain points, translate insights into product direction, and help drive execution across teams.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to a real software product - preferably in AI, SaaS, automation, workflow software, or a closely related environment. This role goes beyond traditional product management. It requires someone who can combine product thinking, user understanding, client communication, structured execution, and fast learning in a high-ownership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with leadership, users, clients, and internal teams to understand product needs, business priorities, and user pain points
- Gather insights from user conversations, client feedback, product usage, and market understanding to shape product direction
- Translate user, client, and business requirements into clear product plans, features, flows, and execution priorities
- Write and refine product requirements, user stories, briefs, and internal documentation for cross-functional teams
- Coordinate closely with design, engineering, operations, and business teams to move product initiatives forward
- Support the full product lifecycle from problem identification to rollout, iteration, and improvement
- Communicate with clients and users to understand expectations, collect feedback, and identify gaps in product experience
- Help bridge the gap between customer understanding, product decisions, and execution
- Track priorities, follow through on open loops, and bring structure to ambiguous problem areas
- Support product launches, user adoption, feedback loops, and continuous iteration
- Contribute to shaping a product experience that is intuitive, reliable, and valuable in real-world workflows
Preferred
- 1+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or closely related product roles within AI companies or adjacent product environments such as SaaS, automation, workflow software, or intelligent systems
- Experience working on AI products, AI-powered features, or user-facing intelligent systems
- Experience speaking directly with users, clients, or stakeholders in a product context
- Exposure to early-stage startups or high-growth product environments
- Ability to work closely with founders and contribute beyond a narrow role definition
- Familiarity with product documentation, agile workflows, and fast iteration cycles
