We are hiring for a Product Manager to own product lines in a leading fintech startup. You will work closely with US clients, engineering teams, and external vendors to deliver impactful features and drive successful client implementations.
Location: Bangalore, Hybrid
Educational Qualification- Graduates/ Post-Graduates from Tier 1 College
Company preference - Fintech, Financial Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product features from requirement gathering to go-live
- Work directly with US clients (credit unions) to understand business needs
- Manage sprint planning, backlog, and execution with engineering teams
- Coordinate with external vendors for integrations (APIs, testing, delivery)
- Drive client implementations end-to-end
- Contribute to product roadmap and platform improvements
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience (minimum 2 years in Product Management)
- Experience in fintech / banking / lending domain
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with engineering teams
- Comfortable with US time zone overlap
- Exposure to AI tools in product workflows is a plus
