Product Manager (Used Car)

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Product Management experience within Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• Experience managing lending products, preferably Used Car Loans or Vehicle Finance.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Technology, Business, Operations, and Risk.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping and process optimization.
• Ability to define business requirements and product specifications.
• Experience with product performance metrics and business analytics.
• Strong presentation and project management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in Used Car Finance or Vehicle Finance products.
• MBA or Post Graduate degree.
• Certifications in Product Management, Business Analysis, Agile, or Six Sigma.
• Experience working with digital lending platforms.
• Knowledge of customer analytics and product pricing strategies.
• Exposure to CRM, LOS, LMS, or lending technology platforms.
