Job Title: Product Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving real customer problems, and can work closely with engineering, design, and business teams. This role is on-site in Pune and will require frequent travel for client discussions, demos, and feedback sessions.
What You'll Do
- Own the product lifecycle end-to-end discovery, planning, execution, launch, and iteration
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements, PRDs, and roadmaps
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to define features, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure successful product rollouts
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and market research to inform decisions
- Track product performance using data, dashboards, and user feedback
- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and timelines
- Represent the product in client meetings, gather requirements, and manage expectations
- Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps and proactively solve them
Requirements
- 26 years of experience in Product Management (preferably in SaaS or tech products)
- Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Excellent communication, documentation, and storytelling skills
- Comfortable interacting with clients and translating needs into product solutions
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setup
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, reviews, and on-ground product rollouts
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Marathi (big plus) helpful for client conversations and user research
- Experience in gov-tech, enterprise solutions, fintech, or B2B platforms
- Prior startup experience and comfort working in ambiguous environments
