EdNxt is the EdTech brand of USDC — a 400+ person company managing pre-enrollment and admissions for 15+ universities including Jain University
The team is building a next-gen admission management platform with AI at its core — spanning AI counseling, payments, and research automation
Revenue: ₹400–500 Cr. Backed by a strong institutional network; early-stage product team with high ownership
Role Overview
- Own product development for the pre-enrollment and admission management vertical
- Build the world's best AI counselor — a conversational agent that completes student enrollment end-to-end
- Drive the payment stack that makes education affordable and accessible for students
- Eventually contribute to a research & marketing agent as the team scales
- Work closely with engineering, design, and founders in a zero-to-one product environment
Must-have Skills
- 2–3.5 years of experience in product management at a product-based company
- Hands-on experience building or managing AI-driven products (LLMs, conversational AI, prompt engineering)
- Public GitHub repos, portfolio, or deployed side projects that demonstrate product thinking and execution
- Ability to take ownership end-to-end — from requirement understanding to shipping
- Strong metrics orientation — you define success numerically and track it
Good to have
- Startup experience (early-stage, fast-moving teams strongly preferred)
- EdTech domain exposure — understanding of student journeys, admissions, LMS
- Familiarity with payment product design or fintech flows
- Certificate or coursework from product management programs (e.g. NextLeap, ProductSchool)
