Role Purpose:

Drive sustainable portfolio growth by managing product life cycles, optimizing market positioning, and strengthening brand impact while ensuring healthy channel inventory and commercial performance.

JOb Responsibilities:

1. Product Life Cycle Management:

• Lead planning, launch, optimization
• Phase-out strategies to maximize product value and profitability.

1. Portfolio Management:
   • Analyze portfolio performance, identify gaps/opportunities
   • Recommend actions to improve competitiveness and growth.
2. Product Positioning:
   • Collaborate with R&D and commercial teams to define clear value propositions, differentiation, and technical positioning.
3. Inventory & Channel Analysis:
   • Monitor stock movement across distribution channels
   • Provide forecasting and corrective actions to ensure healthy inventory levels.
4. Brand Management:
   • Develop brand strategy, concepts, and POSM materials to strengthen market visibility and customer engagement.
5. Cross-functional Coordination:
   • Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and technical teams to ensure aligned execution.

REQUIREMENTS

1. • • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Agriculture, or related field.
     • 5+ years of experience in product/brand management (agrochemical or agricultural industry preferred).
     • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
     • Ability to translate technical insights into clear commercial value.
     • Excellent stakeholder management and execution discipline.
