Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product development lifecycle from discovery to post-release support, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the discovery process by conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes and prototypes that align with customer needs and business goals.
• Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
• Define clear, actionable product requirements and user stories for the engineering team.
• Work closely with engineering teams to manage sprint planning, development timelines, and ensure clear communication around product expectations.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously improve the user experience.
• Lead post-release evaluations to measure product success and identify areas for further optimization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and facilitate smooth execution.
• Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and customer escalations to inform ongoing product improvements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to proactively identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, particularly in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products or features from conception through post-release.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to synthesize user feedback, market research, and data into actionable product insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and priorities.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with SaaS platforms in the health and wellness industry.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user research methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development processes and basic technical understanding.
