The Opportunity
We're hiring a Product Manager who has lived through the 0→2M journey someone who knows what it takes to find early product-market fit, prioritize ruthlessly under constraints, and translate messy agency workflows into clean, scalable product features. This is a high-ownership role at a pivotal inflection point.
What You'll Own
- Drive end-to-end product delivery from user research and PRD to sprint planning, launch, and iteration on UAGenius's core creative automation and UA intelligence features
- Embed directly with agency teams and gaming studios to map their UA creative workflows and identify the highest-leverage pain points to solve
- Define, maintain, and ruthlessly prioritize the product roadmap in partnership with engineering and design, always anchored to business impact
- Own GTM readiness for new features working with the founder to craft positioning, onboarding flows, and success metrics for beta clients
- Build and monitor the product's north-star metrics; run structured A/B tests and close the feedback loop quickly
- Collaborate across GenAI modules, creative analytics, and ad workflow automation to ship coherent, high-quality experiences
- Contribute directly to the narrative used with agency partners and investors translating product outcomes into business impact
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of product management experience, with direct contribution to scaling a SaaS product from 0 to $2M ARR either as an early PM or a founding team member
- Demonstrable experience in AdTech, MarTech, Creative Automation, or Mobile UA tooling; you understand how performance marketing teams think and operate
- Strong grasp of performance marketing platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity Ads, Google UAC) and the creative workflows that sit around them
- Track record of working in early-stage, resource-constrained environments where you have shipped product without waiting for a perfect process
- Ability to write sharp PRDs, lead structured sprint cycles, and make fast decisions under ambiguity
- Data-driven decision-making: you know how to define the right metrics, instrument them, and use the data to course-correct quickly
Nice to Have
- Hands-on exposure to Gen-AI tools, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted creative workflows
- Prior experience building or using creative analytics platforms (e.g., Appsflyer Creative, Varos, Creative OS, Marpipe)
- Understanding of mobile gaming monetization models, LTV optimization, or programmatic demand supply chains
- Experience working directly with a founder or in a 0→1 product role at a seed or pre-Series A company
