About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager (PM) to drive product strategy, execution, and innovation across our product portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate product discovery, requirements generation, prototyping, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and identify market opportunities.
- Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to deliver impactful products.
- Analyze product metrics and user behavior to drive data-informed decisions.
- Lead product launches and measure post-launch success.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align product initiatives with organizational goals.
- Leverage AI tools to improve product discovery, documentation, prototyping, and execution efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of product management experience.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and product specifications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS, consumer technology, fintech, AI, or enterprise products.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar platforms.
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and growth initiatives.
- Technical understanding of APIs, software development processes, and modern AI technologies.
