Product Manager - Treasury

Designation: Product Manager - Treasury

Location: Mumbai

Expereince: 4-8 years

Role & Responsibilities:

-With a thorough understanding of end-to-end procedures, serve as a product champion for Treasury offerings (FX, derivatives, remittances, investment, and liability products, as applicable).

-Own and record Treasury product workflows, looking for operational risks, gaps, and redundancies in front-to-back operations.

-Assist with the introduction of new products, improvements, and regulatory-driven modifications, making sure that teams and systems are implemented smoothly.

-Encourage process re-engineering projects to increase control effectiveness, decrease TAT, minimize manual interventions, and boost efficiency.

-Oversee the development, design, and implementation of AI-driven use cases throughout Treasury, such as (but not limited to): Tools for decision-support and client involvement,

Automation of processes and exception handling and dash boarding, insights, and data analytics

-Lead interdisciplinary working groups for projects aimed at transforming the Treasury.

-Work together with Treasury Sales teams to increase client experiences overall, lower friction points, and improve customer journeys.
