The role would be instrumental in (1) Policy modification of Tractor and Farm Machinery to align with industry offerings (2) Driving the business (3) Support to business team in Operational issues (4) Compliance of policies and regulatory guidelines related to product
Key / Primary Responsibilities
Policy and Process: Execution - Updation of exising and formulate new policy parameters and manage processes for Tractor and Farm Machinery
Managing Operational Issues
Analytics: Automation of business MIS
Secondary Responsibilities
Compliance of policies and regulatory guidelines related to product
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
Building capabilities within new team members, if any
Key Success Metrics
Business volumes under product, Operational management of processes etc.
Digital adoption, Process and MIS Automation
