- Lead and manage Gold loan projects:Oversee large-scale projects related to Gold loans, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Drive business growth:Design and implement strategic initiatives to expand the Gold loan product offering, aligned with the organizational vision. Specifically prioritizing increase of business through non-branch channels (WhatsApp, Call center, etc)
- Digital Campaign understanding: Drive digital adoption of the product and work in tandem with digital marketing, digital sales and call center team.
- Understand business specific requirements:Translate business objectives and priorities into effective program strategies and plans tailored to the Gold loan segment.
- Collaborate with internal teams:Work closely with departments such as marketing, operations, and IT to ensure alignment and seamless execution of Gold loan program activities.
- Enhance business processes:Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation specifically within the Gold loan business to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor business performance metrics:Track key milestones and provide timely reports to business heads and senior management, focusing on the performance of Gold loan products.
