Role: Product Manager / Product Lead – Housing Finance, for one of the leading NBFC Firm
Location:Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Housing Finance product portfolio. This role will drive end-to-end product strategy, profitability, and performance across Home Loans, LAP, and Affordable Housing segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete product lifecycle – from design and launch to continuous improvement
- Drive product profitability through pricing strategies, fee structures, product mix, and unit economics
- Monitor and enhance sales productivity metrics including leads, logins, approvals, disbursals, and conversions
- Build and manage MIS dashboards; deliver actionable insights through regular performance reports
- Analyze product performance across geographies, branches, channels, ticket sizes, and customer segments
- Collaborate with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to refine policies, improve processes, and enhance customer experience
- Work closely with Technology teams on LOS/LMS/CRM enhancements, requirement gathering, UAT, and implementation
- Partner with Marketing to develop product positioning, campaigns, and customer-centric messaging
- Lead cross-functional coordination, governance reviews, and execution tracking across teams
- Design and deliver training programs for sales and sourcing teams (product features, eligibility, documentation, and pitching)
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within HFCs, NBFCs, or Banks (Retail Assets/Mortgage preferred)
- MBA from a reputed B-School (Finance / Marketing / Strategy preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in MIS, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution ownership
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
