The Role
As Product Manager at TerraTern, you will own key user journeys across our platform – from discovering TerraTern to onboarding, engagement, and conversion. You'll be responsible for defining problems, shaping solutions, and making sure the product you ship moves the right metrics for both users and the business.
What You'll Do
- Own and prioritise the product roadmap for specific user journeys (discovery, onboarding, engagement, and conversion).
- Convert user insights, market understanding, and business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to build intuitive, high‑quality experiences on web and mobile.
- Drive experimentation and data‑driven improvements on key metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Use analytics, user interviews, and feedback from counsellors and sales teams to iterate on features and inform future bets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure launches are well‑aligned with how TerraTern acquires, serves, and retains users.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of core Product Management experience in B2C digital products (ed‑tech, consumer internet, fintech, or similar).
- Strong product thinking with a data‑driven decision‑making approach and comfort with experimentation.
- Proven experience owning a product or major feature end‑to‑end, from problem discovery to launch and iteration.
- Ability to work in an on‑site, fast‑paced startup environment with high ownership and direct stakeholder interaction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you can work smoothly with tech, design, business, and frontline teams.
- Experience in education, learning, or service‑led products is a plus, but not mandatory.
- We value clarity of thought, ownership, and bias for action over only titles or pedigree.
