Product Manager

We are looking for a senior Product Manager to lead our Core Fintech stream: the financial backbone that powers giving across our platform. This stream is responsible for the financial capabilities that allow donors to fund, manage, invest, and distribute charitable assets. Its scope includes money movement across web and mobile, transactional flows, donor-advised fund operations, investment account experiences, pre-authorized debits, matching mechanics, the Impact Dashboard, and supporting financial systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including substantial experience with fintech, payments, financial platforms, banking technology, or complex transaction systems.
• Proven experience leading a significant product area rather than primarily coordinating delivery.
• Strong understanding of digital financial transactions, money movement, payments, or account-based financial products.
• Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy and translate broad objectives into clear product direction.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience working directly with senior executives.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information.
• Ability to move comfortably between technical detail, donor experience, and strategic context.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Architecture on technically complex products.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence without relying on hierarchy.
• Experience defining product metrics and using data to inform decisions.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams and collaborating across time zones.

Bonus:

• Experience with donor-advised funds, charitable giving, wealth management, or investment products.
• Experience with pre-authorized debits, bank transfers, payment processors, disbursements, or matching programs.
• Familiarity with Canadian financial services or payments.
